The Lodge is beautifully designed and the condo has a professionally-designed living area, gas fireplace, marble/slate throughout, and tall windows for bringing in the views of the slopes and the golf course. From our deck grill dinner and enjoy the views. Access to wireless internet. Residents/Renters have their own free shuttle bus to Main Street's shops and the base of the ski slopes and can enjoy a fully equipped fitness center with changing rooms, a sauna, a meeting center, and two outdoor hot tubs on site.

Great views of the Ten Mile Range from our deck, impressive detailing, upscale finishes and vaulted ceilings. The location is a 9-iron shot from the greens, close to Breckenridge's ski mountain and to the world class Breck Recreation Center with pools, full exercise facility, climbing wall, and water slides; and three minutes from City Market. Quiet hours after 10 p.m.
Renters will responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. Damages should be reported prior to check-out. Damages will be charged to the credit card used to book the reservation. Vehicles can be parked free of charge in the lodge parking area, located just past the lodge as you come into the main Lodge entrance.
Linens & spplies provided in the condo. Cleaning at the end of the stay is included in the reservation total for stays of 3 or more nights. Stay less than 3 nights will be assessed a $50 cleaning fee. Reservation does not include daily cleaning service. However, cleaning services can be arranged at an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted 60 days prior to arrival. A 5% cancellation penalty does apply.
